Treasurer determined that as a non-profit organization NEA must charge Massachusetts sales tax to anyone in or out of state. Monies received should be included on its own line. Money could be collected as a donation to the organization and tax would not be an issue. Board voted to go ahead with Gorey poster in spite of delays. [10/29/93, p 1, 3]
The Gorey poster will be dropped from the budget until it is closer to being produced. It was suggested that NEA produce another poster if the Gorey poster isn't going to happen. [2/3/95, p. 2]
