DESCRIPTION:
The Wellesley Historical Society seeks well-qualified candidates for a part-time (10 hours per week) Office Manager. The successful candidate will work for the executive director but will have contact with volunteers and the board of directors. Duties will include oversight of the operations of the Society headquarters and hosting visitors to the Society, data entry management, record keeping, and assisting with communications with mailings for members. Position requires a strong proficiency in computer skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work on many different projects concurrently. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
