DESCRIPTION:
The Wellesley Historical Society seeks a part-time (10 hours per week) Collections Manager / Curator to oversee the accessioning and care of historical materials, reporting to the Executive Director. Particular duties would be to plan and develop exhibits to display historical materials including registrar duties; oversee interns; catalog, label, and file materials received by the Society; respond to research queries; and develop finding aids for the collections. The position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree, proficient computer skills, and knowledge of PastPerfect database. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
