python skill share
This summer, the Education Committee is bringing you the opportunity to bone up on your scripting skills with a like-minded cohort. Between June 21 and August 16, we will host a series of hour-long discussion groups to assist in self-guided learning.
But it is summer, and you have vacations to take! We hear you! There will be a rolling schedule, so if you fall behind or need to miss a week, you’re covered.
The only thing you need is a copy of Learn Python the Hard Way by Zed A. Shaw. Shaw has created bite-sized tutorials that will get you started coding.
Our goal will be to complete one tutorial per day, or seven in a week, and then meet up via Zoom on Wednesday or Friday evening at 7:00 (depending on group preference) to discuss our progress.
